Jim has been in the construction business for 35 years and has been a licensed New Mexico contractor for 8 years. his attention to detail and eye for quality have been valuable assets in building everything from garage additions to luxury hotels. With the desert Southwest as his lifelong playground, Jim understands this area, appreciates all it offers, and knows how to masterfully build a home that captures all the uniqueness of the “desert” lifestyle. His lifetime of construction experience guarantees you a home of unsurpassed quality, masterful design, and superior craftsmanship. Jim believes not only in building you an amazing home, but also in building a working relationship you can trust.

Cole's background is in finance, accounting, and organization operations. He has worked in multiple companies, in multiple cities, and even across multiple continents. Cole handles all the back-office functions and keeps things organized and on time. Additionally, his diversity of experience adds a fresh approach to Cole Thomas Homes' design philosophy and results in homes that are grounded in timeless design yet far from the ordinary. Cole is a 4th generation native to the desert southwest, and he will make sure that building your new home is a memorable and worry-free endeavor.
